Living Room Refit – Full Interior Transformation
This project involved a complete refurbishment of a dated living space, with a focus on combining functionality, aesthetics, and subtle period character.
The standout feature was a custom-built corner unit, designed specifically to conceal unsightly electric meters. This not only solved a practical issue but also created seamless, usable storage and a clean architectural line throughout the room.
We laid new laminate flooring throughout the space, giving it a warm, contemporary finish that complements the light from the bay window. The chimney breast was fully re-plastered, offering a smooth canvas for future decoration, and a reclaimed Victorian-style fireplace was installed to bring in a striking focal point with historic charm.
This thoughtful blend of modern materials and classic elements gives the room a welcoming, timeless feel — built to serve both visual appeal and everyday function.
